JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Applicant - Godavariben w/o Rameshbhai Dhirubhai has filed this Application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for enlarging her on Regular Bail in connection with FIR being I-C.R. No. 9/2017 registered with Rajkot City Railway Police Station, Rajkot for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) Heard learned Advocate Mr. Ashwini K. Mehta for the Applicant and learned APP Mr. Chindan Dave for the Respondent - State through Video Conference.

(3.) Rule. Learned APP waives service of Rule on behalf of the Respondent - State of Gujarat.
