(1.) This application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with C.R. No.11204046201828 of 2020 registered with Nadiad Town Police Station, District : Kheda for the offences punishable under Sections 370(1), 370(6), 370(2) and 370(3) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4, 5 and 8 of the Immoral Trafficking (Prevention) Act.
