The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR being C.R.No.11193053200415 registered with Savarkundala Rural Police Station, Amreli for offence under Sections 323 , 326 , 504 and 114 of IPC and Section 135 of the Gujarat Police Act.
