JUDGEMENT

(1.) Ms. Nisha Thakore, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, has produced on record relevant case diary details from 16.01.2020 to 01.03.2020 as per the order dated 03.03.2020 passed by the Court (Coram : Hon'ble Mr. Justice V.P. Patel). The court desired to see whether statement of victim was recorded between 16.01.2020 to 05.02.2020.

(2.) Learned advocate, Mr. Vishal S. Awtani, has produced on record affidavit of wife of the complainant notarized on 17.03.2020.
