The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR No.11207002200052 registered with Godhra Town "B" Division Police Station, Dist. Panchmahals, for offence under Sections 323 , 337 , 354(a) , 354(d) , 504 , 506(2) , 114 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 and 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
