JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with C.R. No.11205035200203 of 2020 registered with Nakhatrana Police Station, District : Kachchh (West) - Bhuj for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 506(2) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1)(B),(A) of the Arms Act and Section 135 of the Gujarat Police Act.

(2.) Rule was already issued by this Court on 10.08.2020.

(3.) Heard learned advocate for the applicant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor through Video Conferencing.
