The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connectionwith FIR being C.R.No.I-23 of 2020 (11206005200517 of 2020) registered with Bavlu Police Station, District Mehsana for offence under Sections 307 , 147 , 148 , 149 , 324 , 323 , 337 , 504 , 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135 of the Gujarat Police Act.

(3.) Learned Advocate appearing on behalfof the applicants submits that considering the nature of of the applicants submits that considering the nature of the offence, the applicants may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
