(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties. Learned counsel for the appellants has been informed by learned AGP that by G.R. No. JPT/1099/Card/32(2)/N dated 1/7/2000, the seniority list which is impugned in the present appeal has already been quashed by the State Government. Therefore the list does not survive. Appeal, therefore, will not survive and is dismissed accordingly.
