JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Shri G.P. Bagehel, learned advocate appearing for Shri H.S. Munshaw, waives service of notice of rule on behalf of opponent no. 1 and Shri Nikunt Raval, learned AGP waives service of notice of rule on behalf of opponents nos. 1 and 2.

(2.) With the consent of the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the present application is taken up for final hearing today.
