JUDGEMENT

(1.) When present petition came up for hearing on 18th June 1999, this Court (Coram : Y.B. Bhatt, J) passed the following order :

(2.) It is pertinent to note that when the aforesaid Special Civil Application No.4377 of 1998 came up for hearing before this Court (Coram : S.K. Keshote, J) on 19th April 2000, this Court has dismissed the said petition. Here it would be beneficial to reproduce the said decision in the case of Special Civil Application No.4377 of 1998 as under :

(3.) Today this petition could have been disposed of. However, since none appears on behalf of the petitioner, present petition is adjourned to 13th October 2010.
