JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners have filed these two petitions challenging the award passed by the Industrial Tribunal.

(2.) In Special Civil Application No.9691 of 2010, Shri Hasmukhbhai Maganbhai Harijan has challenged the award dated 28.04.2010 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Vadodara in Reference (IT) No.29 of 2005 whereby the said reference was dismissed.

(3.) In Special Civil Application No.11000 of 2010, Shri Rameshbhai Jethabhai Solanki has challenged the award dated 28.04.2010 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Vadodara in Reference (IT) No.29 of 2005 whereby the said reference was dismissed.
