JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE in each of the applications. Shri Nishant Lalakiya, learned advocate appearing for Shri R.M. Chhaya, learned advocate waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the opponent in all the applications.

(2.) In the facts and circumstances of the case and with the consent of the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties, all the applications are taken up for final hearing today.

(3.) All these applications are preferred by the respective applicants-original petitioner for extension of time to carryout the amendment in compliance with the order passed by this Court dated 26/08/2010.
