JUDGEMENT

(1.) SHRI DM Thakkar, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that he has received instruction that now this appeal would not survive, as the parties have settled the dispute amicably. In view of the instruction received learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. Permission as sought for is granted. Appeal is disposed of as having been withdrawn. Bail bond shall stand cancelled.
