JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Shri Mengdey, learned AGP waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondents-State Authorities. With the consent of learned advocates appearing on behalf of respective parties, present application is taken up for final hearing today.

(2.) By way of this application, applicants - heirs and legal representatives of original petitioner No. 1/2 have prayed for an appropriate order permitting them to be impleaded / joined as petitioner No.1/2/1 to 1/2/3 in the main petition.

(3.) Having heard the learned advocates appearing on behalf of respective parties and as original petitioner No.1/2 has expired during the pendency of the present proceedings, application is allowed and applicants Nos. 1/2/1 to 1/2/3 herein are permitted to be joined / brought on record as petitioner Nos. 1/2/1 to 1/2/3 in the main petition as heirs and legal representatives of original respondent No.1/2 deceased Jashwantsinhji Mohabatsinhji.
