JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present application has been preferred by the applicants -original petitioners for fixing the early date of hearing of Civil Revision Application No.853 of 1999.

(2.) Considering the fact that revision application is of the year 1999, Registry is directed to notify main civil revision application for final hearing in the week commencing from 2nd August, 2010.

(3.) Rule is made absolute accordingly.
