JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Ms.Meenu Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.H.H. Parikh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State.

(2.) Ms.Kumar has submitted that the appellant is already released from jail as he has already undergone the sentence imposed upon him.

(3.) Mr.Parikh has produced on record Jail Report, which shows that the appellant has already been released from jail on 16th February 2010 as he has undergone the sentence imposed upon him.
