Rathod, learned counsel for the petitioners state that in view of the order dated 22.12.2008 passed by this Court in Special Civil Application No. 6469 of 1993, this petition will not survive. Hence, the petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous. Rule is discharged, Interim relief, if any, stands vacated.
