JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Ms. Trusha Patel, learned AGP waives service of notice of rule on behalf of opponents nos. 1 to 4.

(2.) The present application has been preferred by the applicant claiming to be the heir and legal representative of the original petitioner-Naranbhai Pithabhai Chavda permitting him to be joined as applicant in Civil Application No. 7202/2010 and Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 1008/2010.

(3.) Having heard the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties, the present application is allowed in part and the applicant is permitted to be joined as applicant in Civil Application No. 7202/2010 and Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 1008/2010 as heir and legal representative of the original petitioner-Naranbhai Pithabhai Chavda. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. No cost.
