JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Ms.M.L.Shah, learned APP waives notice of RULE.

(2.) THE petitioner has challenged the order dated 10.03.2010, passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bhavnagar as confirmed by order dated 14.07.2010 by the Additional District Magistrate, Bhavnagar.

(3.) IN above view of the matter, the proceedings are remanded to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate for fresh consideration. For this purpose, the impugned orders dated 10.03.2010 and 14.07.2010 are quashed and set aside. The petitioner shall have four weeks time to submit the documents in support of his application for renewal of arms license. Authorities shall take fresh decision thereafter in accordance with law.
