JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Mr. Ashish Dagli, learned advocate waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of Opponent No.1. Mr.Nikunt Raval, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of Opponent No.2 and Mr.Pranav Desai, learned advocate waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of Opponent Nos.3 and 4.

(2.) With the consent of the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case, the present application is taken up for final hearing today.

(3.) By way of this application, the applicants have prayed for an appropriate order, permitting the applicants to be joined as party respondent Nos.4 to 6 in main Special Civil Application No.514 of 2010.
