JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Mr.Alpesh Rajpuriya, learned advocate waives the service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent No.1 original petitioner and Mr.Pranav Dave, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives the service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 6.

(2.) With the consent of the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties, present application is taken up for final hearing today.

(3.) Present application has been filed by the applicant herein permitting him to be joined as party respondent in the main Special Civil Application.
