JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Mr.B.S.Patel and Ms.Harsha Devani, ld.AGP waive the service of Rule on behalf of the respective respondents.

(2.) With the consent of the parties, the matters are taken up for final disposal. It has been given out by the learned Counsel that two Revision Applications are pending before the Tribunal for final disposal. A joint request is made to the effect that the interest of justice will be served if the Tribunal is directed to hear and decide the Revision Applications Nos. 57/99 and 58/99 pending before it finally latest by 15th September 2000.

(3.) Both the sides have submitted that it will be in the interest of justice to direct the Tribunal not to be influenced by the present proceedings in any manner whatsoever. It goes without saying that the Tribunal will decide the Revision Applications in accordance with law without being influenced by the present proceedings in any manner and therefore no such specific direction is required to be issued.
