JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE applicant had not complied with the conditions of the stay order dated 4.1.2007, therefore, the appeal is dismissed for non -compliance to the provisions of Section 35F of Central Excise Act. However, if the applicant makes the deposit as per the stay order within a period of six weeks, the applicants are at liberty to ask for restoration. (Dictated and pronounced in open Court)
