JUDGEMENT

(1.) Smt. Dhanraji Indradev Mishra (through Shri Rajkumar Indradev Mishra) has filed a Petition under Rule 3 (2), (3) and (4) of the Maharashtra Electricity Works of Licensees Rules,2012 seeking revision/stay of the Order of the Additional Collector, Thane(HQs Jawhar)on 3 August, 2013.

Shri Indradev Ramnaresh Mishra (said to be the husband, since deceased, of the present Petitioner)had earlierfiled a Petition before the Commission (Case No. 83 of 2011)objecting to the erection of a transmission line tower by the Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Co. Ltd.(MSETCL) on his land without his prior consent or permission from the District Magistrate, Thane. That Petition was disposed of by the Commission on 19 September, 2011 with the following ruling:
