JUDGEMENT

(1.) Reliance Infrastructure Limited (hereinafter referred to as "RInfra") submitted a Petition under Affidavit on 18 February, 2014 under Sections 142 and 146 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as "Electricity Act") against Wardha Power Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "WPCL").
