Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Limited (MSETCL) submitted a Petition on 28 March, 2014 in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation 85 of MERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004, seeking review of the Order dated 13 February, 2014 in Case No. 39 of 2013 passed by the Commission in the matter of Petition filed by MSETCL for approval of final Truing up for FY 2011 -12, Annual Performance Review for FY 2012 -13 and determination of Aggregate Revenue Requirement for the MYT Second Control Period from FY 2013 -14 to FY 2015 -16. 1.1.
