(1.) The Maharashtra State Power Generation Co. Ltd. (MSPGCL) has filed a Review Petition on 6 May, 2014 under R. 85 of the MERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 seeking Review of the Order dated 3 March, 2014 and Corrigendum dated 19 March, 2014 in Case No. 54 of 2013 relating to the final True Up for FY 2011 -12, Annual Performance Review for FY 2012 -13 and Multi Year Tariff (MYT) for the second Control Period from FY 2013 - 14 to FY 2015 -16.
