JUDGEMENT

(1.) Shri. Rajesh Shah @ Dedhia filed a Petition under affidavit on 17 January, 2014, under Section 128, of the Electricity Act, 2003 ( E.A. 2003) for Enquiry against BEST undertaking for unfair trade practices of withholding refund to consumer even when final claim is less than the amount deposited at the time of raid.
