JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Tata Power Co. Ltd. (TPC) (Distribution Business) has filed a Petition on 25 August, 2014 for review of the Multi Year Tariff (MYT) Order dated 28 June, 2013 in Case No. 179 of 2011 with regard to disallowance of capitalization. This Petition is related to the Order dated 6 June, 2014 on an earlier Review Petition (Case No. 99 of 2013) which also involved this issue.
