JUDGEMENT

(1.) By means of this writ petition, petitioners have sought quashing of F.I.R. No. 0101 of 2019, under Ss. 147, 148, 323, 452, 504 and 506 of I.P.C., registered at Police Station Gadarpur, District Udham Singh Nagar on 27/5/2019 (Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition).

(2.) A compounding application, jointly signed by counsel for the complainant (respondent No. 3) and counsel for the petitioners has been filed duly supported by affidavits of petitioner No. 4, respondent No. 3 (complainant).

(3.) Learned counsels for the parties submit that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties and the parties have decided to burry the hatchet. Complainant, and petitioners are present in Court, who have been duly identified by their respective counsels.
