JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of present application, moved under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., applicant seeks to quash the entire proceedings pending before the Court below.

(2.) The parties have filed the above numbered compounding application to the effect that they have buried their differences and settled their disputes amicably.

(3.) Learned D.A.G. appearing for the State opposed the compounding application.
