JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) By means of this writ petition, petitioners have sought quashing of F.I.R. No. 251 of 2019, under Section 392 of I.P.C., registered at Police Station Gadarpur, District Udham Singh Nagar.

(3.) A compounding application, jointly signed by counsel for the complainant (respondent No. 3) and counsel for the petitioners have been filed duly supported by affidavits of petitioner No. 1 and brother of petitioner No. 4 as well as respondent No. 3.
