JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought quashing of F.I.R. dated 03.07.2019, being F.I.R. No. 90 of 2019, under Sections 365, 342, 323, 504, 506, 147 & 34 I.P.C., registered at Police Station Kunda, District Udham Singh Nagar.

(3.) A compounding application, jointly signed by counsel for the complainant (respondent No. 3) and counsel for the petitioner has been filed duly supported by affidavits of father of the petitioner and respondent Nos. 3 and 4.
