JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) By means of this writ petition, petitioners have sought quashing of F.I.R. No. 138 of 2019, under Section 420 of I.P.C., registered at Police Station Mukhani Haldwani, District Nainital.

(3.) A compounding application, jointly signed by counsel for the complainant (respondent No. 4) and counsel for the petitioners has been filed duly supported by affidavits of petitioners and respondent No. 4 (complainant).
