JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Ajeet Ray in Case Crime No.171 of 2018 under Ss. 147, 148, 307, 376, 354, 504 and 506 of IPC, registered at P.S. Transit Camp, District Udham Singh Nagar.

(3.) As per the FIR dtd. 19/6/2018, on 17/6/2018 at 9.30 am, all the accused, namely, Amal Ray, Anil Ray, Kalyani Ray, Parul, Ajeet Ray and Sujeet Ray assembled and started beating Vinita Ray @ Susma, W/o Anil Ray; they cut her hair and inserted her hair and salt in her private parts.
