JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

(2.) Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dtd. 25/6/2019 whereby she has been transferred from Government Primary School Belbandgoth, Block Champawat District Champawat to Government Primary School Bulso, Block Barakot District Champawat.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that petitioner is suffering from acute vertigo; she moved representation before respondent no. 4 Chief Education Officer, Champawat, District Champawat stating therein that she is suffering from vertigo ailment and Belbandgoth is a remote village in District Champawat which lacks facilities of medical care and transportation, therefore, to enter her illness in teacher's profile, a certificate from State Medical Board is required. He would further submit that no action has been taken on the representation of the petitioner for medically examining her from the State Medical Board, instead of respondent no. 5 has passed the impugned transfer order dtd. 25/6/2019.
