JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought quashing of F.I.R. No. 0349 of 2018, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B I.P.C., registered at Police Station Patel Nagar, District Dehradun.

(3.) A compounding application, jointly signed by counsel for the complainant (respondent No. 3) and counsel for the petitioner has been filed duly supported by affidavit of respondent No. 3 (complainant).
