JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) By means of this writ petition, petitioners have sought quashing of F.I.R. No. 0121 of 2019, under Sections 420, 323 & 506 of I.P.C., registered at Police Station Dineshpur, District Udham Singh Nagar.

(3.) A compounding application, jointly signed by counsel for the complainant and victim (respondent Nos. 3 & 4) and counsel for the petitioners has been filed duly supported by affidavits of petitioner No. 2 (Gurusevak Singh) and complainant/respondent No. 3 (Sadha Singh).
