JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. S.C. Bhatt, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. V.K. Jemeni, learned Deputy Advocate General for the State and perused the records.

(2.) This is the third bail application moved on behalf of the applicant. Earlier two bail applications were disposed of by granting short-term bail to the applicant.

(3.) The applicant is in jail being implicated in FIR No. 0044 of 2018, under Ss. 420, 467, 468 and 471 of I.P.C., registered in Police Station Jaspur, District Udham Singh Nagar.
