(2.) Ms. Mamta Joshi, Brief Holder, present for the State/respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

The First Information Report has been lodged by respondent No. 4, which has been registered as FIR No.81 of 2018, under Sections 379, 411, 465, 420 and 34 of IPC, at Police Station- Ranipur, District Haridwar against the unknown person. Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner has approached this Court for relief.
