JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner was appointed as Assistant Teacher (L.T. Grade) on 10.07.1968 till 31.07.1970. He was granted regular pay-scale on 08.03.1980. He was promoted to the post of Lecturer on 29.09.1988. He joined on 30.09.1988.

(2.) Petitioner was sent on deputation to Navodaya Vidhyalaya Samiti vide letter dated 21.09.1988. The Deputy Director has sought his resignation vide memorandum dated 110.199 He tendered his resignation on 26.1199 It was accepted on 01.01.1993. The same was approved by the District Education Officer on 06.05.1994.

(3.) Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking pensionary/ retiral benefits for the services rendered by him w.e.f. July, 1968 till his absorption in Navodaya Vidhyalaya Samiti.
