JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition has been filed to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 8/2/2008 and 26/2/2008 passed by respondent no. 2 and 4 (contained as Annexure No. 8 and 9 to the writ petition ).

(2.) ORDER dated 8/2/2008 passed by the Registrar- respondent no. 4 is the Award made under Section 71 arising out of disputes under Section 70 of the Uttaranchal Co-operative Societies Act, 2003 (for short the Act) and by the order dated 26/2/2008 Sri Amrendra Sinha, Secretary, Dairy Development, Uttarakhand Shasan, Dehradun has been appointed Administrator by the respondent no. 4.

(3.) SECTION 97 of the Act provides for appeals against awards of Registrar, which reads as under:-
