JUDGEMENT

(1.) SRI A. V. Pundir, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Rahul Consul , holding brief of Sri Vipul Sharma, leaned counsel for the respondent no. 3 and Sri M. A. Khan, learned Brief Holder of the State are present.

(2.) SRI M. A. Khan, learned Brief Holder makes statement that after completion of investigation; charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner Raj Kumar. A short counter affidavit to this effect has also been filed by Investigating Officer.

(3.) IN view of the above development, the writ petition has become infructuous.
