JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the appellant/applicant on the money withdrawal application and perused the affidavit filed in support thereto.

(2.) AFTER hearing learned counsel for the appellant as well as going through the entire record, I do not find any ground to allow the appellant to withdraw the remaining amount. Accordingly, the money withdrawal application is rejected.
