(1.) MR. Sudhir Kumar, the learned Brief Holder seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action and with respect to the same subject matter in accordance with law. Prayer allowed. Liberty granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

(2.) THE certified copies of the impugned orders shall be returned to the petitioner/sri Sudhir Kumar on the condition that the photo copies of the certified copies either are already on record or are furnished by Mr. Sudhir Kumar.
