JUDGEMENT

(1.) Both the appeals have arisen out of the same judgment and order dated 6.7.2015 rendered by the MACT Tribunal, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar, hence are being taken up together for adjudication.

(2.) Ao No. 503/2015 has been instituted by the claimants for enhancement of compensation, while AO No. 507/2015 has been instituted by the insurer agitating the quantum.

(3.) Accident occurred on 17.12.2012 at 12 noon when the deceased Sompal Singh was coming from Kashipur in a Nandi Tempo No. UK06-TA-1579, which overturned on Kashipur Bajpur Road. He was referred from one hospital to another, but ultimately lost his life on 24.12.2012.
