JUDGEMENT

(1.) Respondent No.2 issued an advertisement on 16.09.2014 whereby the applications were invited for appointment to the post of Anganbari Karykarti/ Sahiyikao, Mini Anganbari Karykarti in Samanvit Bal Vikas Pariyojna Karyakram in District Pithoragarh.

(2.) Petitioner is the permanent resident of village Naichuna (Bushel) Patti Khimande, Tehsil Gangolihat, District Pithoragarh. She belongs to B.P.L. family. She participated in the selection process. The selection committee met on 15.11.2014. Petitioner was found suitable. She was appointed as Anganbari Karykarti in Anganbari Cenre, Bushel, Tehsil Gangolihat, District Pithoragarh on 10.03.2015. She has joined her duties on 10.03.2015.

However, on 08.05.2015, the appointment of the petitioner was cancelled by the respondent No.2 on the ground that income tax certificate of husband of the petitioner, Mahipal Singh was cancelled by the Tehsildar, Gangolihat District Pithoragarh vide its order dated 02.05.2015. Thereafter, the services of the petitioner were terminated.
