JUDGEMENT

(1.) By means of present writ petition, the petitioner seeks to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing and setting aside the order dated 24.07.2017, passed by respondent no. 1, in transfer application no. 52/83 (2016-17).

(2.) Order in transfer petition is in the teeth of present writ petition. Bhupendra Singh and others (respondent nos. 2 to 4 herein) moved a transfer application before the Collector, Udham Singh Nagar, on the grounds, inter alia, that they have no hope of justice from Tehsildar, Jaspur and, therefore, mutation case pending before the said Presiding Officer be transferred to any other court, in accordance with law.
