JUDGEMENT

(1.) Counter affidavit filed today on behalf of the State in the Court is taken on record.

(2.) Heard Mr. Pankaj Goswami, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. Raman Kumar Sah, Deputy Advocate General assisted by Ms. Mamta Joshi, Brief Holder for the State and perused the records.

(3.) The applicant is in jail being implicated in F.I.R. No. 121 of 2017, under Sections 147/148/149/332/333/353/307 of I.P.C. and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, registered at Police Station Kotwali Bazpur, District Udham Singh Nagar.
