(1.) Applicant Lakhbeer Singh, seeks bail in FIR No. 124 of 2015, u/s 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 504, 506, 34 IPC, relating to P.S. Sitarganj, District Udham Singh Nagar.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the documents brought on record and considered the grounds taken up in the bail application.
